Ontologies
This is fairly small at the moment, but it might get larger overtime.
Whilst at SOFG in 2004, I realised that I was getting a little bit confused over all of the different biological ontologies out there. So I started to write this ontology which describes the features and purpose of the various different biological ontologies. Feel free to mail me with new ontologies to add.
Mostly useful during tutorials.
