Catering
Our catering team will be pleased to advise and assist conference organisers in planning their functions and catering requirements. Light refreshments to formal dining are all possible.
Castle Leazes Site - There are three dining rooms, each capable of seating 330 persons.

Henderson Site - A fine wood paneled elegant lecture hall which has a seating capacity of 200 is situated within Old Hall.

Main Site - We can arrange food to be provided at your conference venue at (or near) any lecture theatre/seminar room located within the main University campus. 
Audio Visual
We can arrange, via the audio visual centre, a comprehensive and flexible range of supporting services for your conference. Let us know your requirements, and we can put together a complete solution:
  • We can design your conference literature including brochures, posters, signage and even T-shirts and stationery if required.
  • All Lecture theatres are equipped with the latest audio visual facilities including videoconferencing.
  • All equipment is available for hire to use in seminar rooms and conference areas.
  • Technical assistance is available during your conference to ensure your presentations run smoothly.
  • Photographs can record your conference groups and events as a lasting memento - either using conventional or digital media.
