I was the founder of the MRes Bioinformatics course at Newcastle. The course is now the MSc Bioinformatics and Computational Systems Biology. I am currently the degree programme director with extensive help from Dr. Phil Lord.

I am module leader for CSC8312 Bioinformatics Theory and Applications, CSC8307 Comparative and Evolutionary Genomics and CSC8308 e-Science for Bioinformatics.
