I can't log in, what do I do?
Login using the email and password
you used when you signed up. If you've forgotten
these, then select "Forgotten Password" on the
Login page. If you are still facing difficulties, please
contact the Customer Support Team.
My meetings are not up to date, what do I do?
Ensure that you are logged in and that your device is connected
to the Internet. You can also manually refresh by going to the vertical
ellipsis in the top right hand corner and selecting 'Refresh'.
If the problem persists, contact the Customer Support Team.

How do I add a new meeting?
Go to the meetings tab, and then go to '+' in the top right hand
corner and enter the meeting details.
How do I add a new client?
Go to the Clients tab on your app, and then click '+'
in the top-right hand corner, then enter the details for the new client.
Can I ...
Can I edit client details?
Yes, you can edit client details by going to the vertical
ellipsis in the top right hand corner, and selecting 'Edit'. Here you can
edit fields such as name, address, or even photo.
What information can I add about a meeting?
You can add information about the date, the agenda title, the client,
a description, and notes from the meeting.
What information can I store about a client?
You can add a client's name, contact details such as email, postal address,
and mobile number, as well as the client's website.
Each client is associated with a company, and a profile picture to more easily
identify a client.
Can I edit meeting details, eg. notes?
Yes, you can edit a meeting by going to the vertical ellipsis in the top right
hand corner and selecting 'Edit'. Here you can edit any details that were first
entered when creating the meeting.
