Actually, GlobalWarming is probably a bit of a misnomer, as the real worry is ClimateChange. It seems likely that this is going to involve GlobalWarming, but trying to work out exactly what is going to happen with the climate is very, very, hard. If the PolarIceCaps melt, them most of the world might actually get colder. Worse, for people in the UK, the idea of GlobalWarming has a certain appeal—we like to main about the weather a lot.
I'm not sure whether I prefer GlobalWarming or ClimateChange. Well the former does have problems, it is also fairly stark. ClimateChange sounds like a bit of euphemism.
