The CyanoBacteria are bacteria which can photosynthesize. Like SingleCelledAlgae, they do this very efficiently. They are generally a fairly safe organism, although you wouldn't want to drink or swim in water with a high concentration of them.
CyanoBacteria could be an excellent BioFuel.
