About Me
"I'm a Teaching
Fellow at Newcastle University in the School of Computing
Science. I mainly work with the first and second year undergraduates.
I received my BSc (Hons) Mathematics with Computer Science
from Heriot-Watt University in 2009, then in 2010 received
my MSc Bioinformatics and Computational Systems Biology from
Newcastle University.
My
PhD thesis (awarded in 2015) was supervised
by Dr. Phillip
Lord, in the area of Ontologies. More specifically the
Ontology of Karyotypes and Mitochondria."
