For each of the exercises, you should try hand in one or more files which fulfil the tasks required. Each task can be completed with a relatively small amount of code using Biojava to do most of the work. Your code should compile and run without error.
For the task you will be assessed on how well you have fulfilled the requirements given, how well your code has been written and how easy it is to read.
The overall mark for this will be 50% of the module.
