I thought I would give blog writing a go for a couple of reasons. I've been meaning to keep notes on parts of my life for a while. I thought a general, scientific journal would be nice, because it's fun to look back on things in a few years time, to see what you where doing, what you were thinking. I've also been meaning to keep a list of food experiences and recipies. The reason for this is that I've realised that I go through fashions with food, and sometimes forget to cook meals just because I haven't done them for ages.

In the end, I thought I would combine all of these, into a single site. So, here it is.
