Latest facilities in new state-of-the-art complex
The Medical School will unveil their new 410-seated lecture theatre at the end of November 2001.

The state of the art lecture theatre offers excellent facilities which include:

  • Rear Projection screen

  • Dual electronic slide projection

  • Data/Video projection

  • PA

  • 2 x lapel microphones

  • 2 x H/H mic

  • Videoconferencing facilities

  • Visualiser

  • OHP

  • DVD player

  • Cassette player

  • Full touch screen control system
This exciting new theatre is adjacent to a suite of six lecture theatres ranging in size from 450 - 100. With excellent exhibition space, smaller breakout rooms and a central location, the Medical School is a prestigious venue for any conference.
Bedson teaching centre opens
The Bedson Teaching Centre was opened in June 2001 after a major refurbishment.

The refurbishment includes a brand new suite of seven state of the art meeting rooms ranging in size from 28 - 120.

 

Choose from rooms with a contemporary new look, or if you prefer a traditional university lecture theatre, you will find the Bedson Teaching Centre has something for everyone.

Whatever your choice, the Bedson Teaching Centre offers excellent facilities for meetings and conferences in a city centre location.
