I've started my PhD at Newcastle University under the supervision of Prof. Natalio Krasnogor.

I've published my first paper in Bioinformatics (doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/btt732)! A tool for integrated analysis of user-defined gene sets based on enrichment analysis, pathways expansion and topological expertise.

11th August 2013

I've got a position as a research engineer at the Institute of Systems and Synthetic Biology in France to develop a Cytoscape plugin that extracts meaningful pathways from results derived from pull-down assays.
