Coronavirus (COVID-19) Templates for UK Citizens

Welcome

Thanks for visiting my Coronavirus (COVID-19) Templates page http://homepages.cs.ncl.ac.uk/c.watson8/coronavirus/

Someone asked me if there was some way to demonstrate you were in a Support Bubble if ever challenged. There is no official way to do this, and it is harder to demonstrate than something like going to work or being out while working, where your employer has said you cannot be based at home or your job requires it. However, the question made me think of time-restricted free local car parking where you have to display a parking disc and set the time of arrival yourself, self-certification sick notes for short-term sick-leave, coronavirus control face covering exemption badges from Transport for London for those not required by law to wear one, or even HMRC's self-assessment tax returns. It's an individual's responsibility to do these accurately and truthfully.

From this page you can download some templates that specify why you might be travelling or visiting another household during coronavirus restrictions.

They are free to download and use. They have no legal backing and offer no guarantee they will be accepted by every official or busybody. Please make sure you are honest and complying with the relevant requirements in your location at the time, otherwise they are invalid. The legislation, regulations and guidance do change periodically, as may your own circumstances.
