Approachable Design

Our app has been designed to be accessible to people of all levels of technological knowledge and skill. We focused on ensuring anyone in the company could pick up and use the app easily.

Multi-Level Access

Each user has different permissions based on their position in the company. Managers have access to their team's information and administrators have a greater amount of freedom enabling them to view and edit every employee's information.

Dynamic Search

The app will provide a quick and dynamic search of not just the employees at the company but also any job listings Saggezza has made.

Human Resources Made Easy

In the past, records of employees were kept in filing cabinets on files with obtuse systems for storage and access. With the advent of computers and smart phones almost everyone has access to a computer in their pocket and, with our app, an entire employee database as well. With its simple design our app will provide a simplified HR experience for those inside and outside the HR department.

Security Is Key

Our most important goal while developing this app was to ensure that all users felt safe while using it and the information that we were storing would be secure. We have ensured that not only passwords but all sensitive information on the app is stored securely. When handling personal information we understand the consequences of poor security and have worked hard to ensure that our system is as secure as it can be.

Unique Accounts

There are many types of accounts within our app: From the simplest employee account which has access to everyone's public information; to managers which can access their team's private information; to administrators who have full access to view and edit all user's information. Our multi-level structure has been designed to ensure a streamlined experience for all users, even those without employee credentials. Any outside user can access the public information of the database using a guest account as well as the job listings posted.

Administrative Access

With our database, administrators are given a multitude of tools to control and edit the whole employee database. They have access to all employees' profiles and can modify information as neccessary. Managing the information of employees is crucial for any company and with our tools that information is available to those who need it when they need it.
